One question I am asked is, "Do you have any referrals?"   I have clients very generous with their time in either speaking with you or communicating through Email.

Another question is, "Do you charge more for additional animals?"  The answer to that is "No".  I charge based on time, always with the guarantee of 30 minutes.  Now, I had a client with two cats, a third sequestered cat and three large birds that went outside on the enclosed patio.  That took a bit more time.
