When away for an extended period, your telephone call or text to Pawsitively Darling upon your safe return home is the only way to determine your pets are now in your caring hands.  Please call or text upon your return, 24 hours a day.  If you have not called upon your scheduled return and Pawsitively Darling is unable to reach you, it will be concluded that an emergency has arisen and pet visits to your home will continue until you return.

Cancellation Policy: During all major holidays, a booking longer than four days requires a two week cancellation notice.  Otherwise, 25% of the total fee will be charged only if the booking can not be filled.

Senior Pets:  To ensure quality care in the event of an emergency, it is recommended to have a credit card on file with your veterinarian.  While today's multi-media avenues of communication facilitate reaching an owner quickly, an event you may be attending or an insufficient signal may then necessitate contacting your veterinarian and proceeding on their recommendation.  Pawsitively Darling wants the best care for your pets.

INSURED through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.  

Insurance policy is null and void if other people are accessing your home while your pets are being cared for by Pawsitively Darling.

PAWSITIVELY DARLING RATES

"Meet the Pets" Visit:  FREE!!!

Daily Dog Walks:  $20

Come rain or shine or snow, walks are a guaranteed 30 minutes.

Cat/Dog/Bird/Fish/Hamster Visits: Base rate is $18 for a 30 minute visit.  (Includes a short walk for the dogs.)

Overnights/7:00pm to 7:00am: $85  Includes a visit mid-day.

Major Holidays:  Time and a half.

Additional Services are priced based on the time involved.

All visits prior to 7:00 a.m. and after
7:00 p.m. are time and a half.

The areas served include Methuen, Dracut, Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, Bradford and Haverhill in Massachusetts and Salem and Windham in New Hampshire.

As Pawsitively Darling is based in Methuen, beyond a  20 minute drive is outside the base rate.  Typically, no more than an additional $2 is added to a visit.
